Our custody evaluator compiles a complete forensic report, including clinical interviews with parents, of age children, additional adults in the home, up to three references per parent. We use additional information such as home visits, psychometric testing, collateral data, and professional judgment tools based in current research in the child custody and forensic legal world. Then the data is compared against 36 Utah law required factors to quantify each parent for judicial comparison, where the favored is determined by obective comparison. In this way, a just, unbiased outcome is derived that assures the child(ren)’s future is our top-priority.
